Kamo IT Juku LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users in the service "FlyerNinja" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act (APPI), meaning information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained therein, as well as data relating to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual from that information alone, such as health insurance card insurer numbers (personal identification information).

Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)

The Company may collect the following information when users use the Service:

  • Basic information: email address and information entered during account registration
  • AI usage data: text prompts and image data submitted by users for AI content generation
  • Payment information: information related to payments such as credit card information (these are directly collected and managed by the payment processor Stripe, Inc., and the Company retains only partial identification information)
  • Device and log information: IP addresses, cookies, device-specific IDs (including device fingerprints), browser information, access logs including date and time of use

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

  1. To provide and operate the Service (AI content generation, account management, etc.)
  2. To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
  3. To send emails about new features, updates, campaigns, and other services provided by the Company
  4. To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.
  5. To identify users who violate the Terms of Service or attempt to use the Service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use
  6. To charge usage fees to users for paid services
  7. For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)

The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose of use is related to that before the change. When the purpose of use is changed, the Company shall notify users of the changed purpose or publish it on this website by the method prescribed by the Company.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act (APPI) and other laws and regulations.

  2. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of such information shall not be considered a third party:

  1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use (cloud servers, AI providers, etc.)
  2. When personal information is provided as a result of succession of business due to merger or other reasons

Article 6 (Use of External Services)

The Service uses the following external services, and user data may be processed in accordance with each service's terms of service and privacy policy.

Article 7 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When the Company is requested by an individual to disclose their personal information, the Company shall disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, the Company may choose not to disclose all or part of it, and if such a decision is made, the individual shall be notified without delay:
